The  Seed  -   "Beej"

Everything  that happens   , 
everything  that  comes  into  being  ,
comes  from  a  seed .

The  Seed  is  the  cause  ,  the   originating  source ,
the  "Sukshma" ;   the  invisible  . 

The  effect  which  it  has  caused 
and  which  we  are  able  to  see  NOW
is  the  Gross  state  ; 

the  tree  which  we  are  seing  now 
manifested  itself  from  the  seed  planted
in  existence  in  an  invisible  plane .

The  invisible  rules  over  the  visible 
and  it  is  the  cause  for  the  Gross ;
the  "Sthula" ,  the  "Thosa"

This  is  why  Existence  treats  the  inner    moment 
(when  your  subconcious  mind  reacts  to the  information
it  receives  from  our  five  sense  organs    
from  the  outside  world  and  decodes  it
to  give   a  response 
of  craving  or  aversion
  (  of  liking  it  or  disliking   it) ;

as  the  "karma".

  Karma  is  not  formed  with    spoken   words. 

Karma  is  not  formed  with  body  deeds 

Karma  is  formed  at  the  moment  the  mind 
generates   the  thought ; 

This  very  sublime  seed  ,  the  invisible  seed ,  
that  was  born   in  the  mind 
later  manifests  itself 
into  our  actions  and  speech.

That   is  why  the  subconcious  mind
is  the  realm  where
  purification  and  release  from  Karma 
is  to  be  persued.

It  is   in  our  subconcious  mind  , 
that   all   efforts  are  to  be  be   directed 
and  focussed. 

This  is  exactly  what 
Vipasana  Technique  of  Meditation  does.

It  takes  us  to  our  subconcious   mind   ,
where  all  Karmas  are  being  formed ; 

It  is  only  here  that   transformation   can  
take  place  and  transferred 
to  the  concious  level  of  our  mind  .

Between  knowing  ,  believing  and  Being  ,
is  a  vast  Ocean ,
a  Huge  Mountain  barrier  . 

We  always  know  ,  we  understand  thoroughly,
we  are  always  determined  ,  we  have  read,
we  have  discussed  ,  we  have  resolved , 
we  keep  trying   but ...  

we  fail 

We  fail   to  become  what  we  know ;
to  put  it into  our  being .. 

All  our  reading  ,  all  our  knowledge ,
all  our  efforts  and  all our  intelligence  fails   us ,
because  they  are  attempts  at  our  concious  level

    Our  deep  rooted  bondage   with  the   five  enemies 
of  Lust ,  Desire ,  Attachment  ,  Greed  ,  
Ego   and  Anger  are  always   in  command  . 

We  remain where  we  are and  hardly
change  -  very  marginally ,  if  at  all.

This is  because  NO  transformation  can  be  
 brought  about  at  the  
conscious  level  of  the  mind.

We  have  to  go  to  the  roots  . 

The  concious  mind  is  governed  
and  ruled  by  the  subconcious  mind.

There  is  a  huge  wall  of  solid  rock  ,  
a  huge  mountain
between  the  two  minds - 

the  concious  mind  and  the  subconcious  mind.

The  subconcious  mind  does  not  know 
what  the  concious  mind  is    doing
and  vice  versa ..

the  concious  mind  does  not  know  what 
is  happening  in  the  subconcious  mind.

So  ,  how  do  we   reach 
into  our  subconcious  mind ... ?

We  can  do  this  by  first  bringing  our   
concious  mind  into  concentration  ;    
into  one - pointedness  ,  

  very  alert , very aware .. 
by  focussing  on  our  breathing.

Why  our  breathing  ?

Because  ,  this  is  the  reality ;
  the  truth  of  the  moment.

We  are  not  visualising  anything  ;  
nothing   imaginative
but  our  very  own  personal  breath 
happening  at  each  moment

We  thus  come  into  the  absolute  present  moment   ,
and  the  reality  of  the  very  moment  ,

that  is  the  breath  coming  in ..
and  the  breath  going  out  ..

We  are  thus  working  completely  with  the  truth ...

and  the  truth  of  our   own  EXPERIENCE  ...

"Prajna"  or  "Pragya"  (meaning  " Pratyaksha  Gyan" )

not  what  others  have  experienced
and  what  we  may  believe

OUR  VERY  OWN  MOMENT  TO  MOMENT 
EXPERIENCE  OF  TRUTH  ...

otherwise  we  are  always  in  a  Dream   state
cut  off  from  reality  of  existence  ..  in   " Maya "  state

WITH  OUR  PHYSICAL  LEVEL  OF  EXISTENCE ..

Now  our  Spirit 
( Our  "Chaitanya"  )

which  also  performs  as   our  four Minds .. ( 4  levels)

The Concious  Mind ..
which  is  performing  actions 
by  words (speech)  and  physical  action
with  the  body  facilities

The  Sub concious  Mind ..
which  is  doing  "Karma"  continuously 
by  reacting  with  craving  and  aversion
to  the  information it  is  receiving
from  the  outside  world 
through  our  five  senses ..

The  Un concious  Mind  ..  which
contains  all  the  records  of  our  karmas ..
both  of  our  present  birth
and  all  our  previous  births ..
vibrating  at  much  higher  frequencies  and
revealing  great  knowledge  and  
healing  force  and   energy..

The  Super concious  Mind  ..
  which  is  the  storehouse  of  unlimited   Energy
and  brightness  and  enlightenment  , 
tremendous  Healing  powers ,
vibrating  at  the  highest  frequency
takes  you  onto  the  other  side  of  non- duality,
eternal  joy and  merges  you  with  the  Creator..

the  liberation  of  self  from  bondages  of  birth   and
rebirth  for  the  purpose  of  paying 
for  our  past  "Karmas" ..
