All our emotions that we keep on
feeling within us continuously ,
are triggered off
by Our Ego...
The Ego's Job is to keep producing
many , many , many such emotions ... continuously
BUT ...
Have you EVER noticed that
all these so many emotions and
feelings that are produced by Our Ego ARE
ALL NEGATIVE ..
Fear
, guilt , anxiety, sorrow,
depression, anger , frustration,
doubt, irritation, hate, jealousy and ..
IF you have a pen and paper
you can add to this list as it
comes to your Mind..
I
am sure , none of them
will be positive in nature
or energy ..only Negative
The
Ego can Only make you feel
worried, tense, in doubt, anxious,
sad, distressed , angry and so on...
It
cannot make you feel
Happy , Blissfull, Free, Joyfull
Light, Humorous, kind, Cheerfull,
Compassionate , Loving , Giving.
Its
job is only to keep you away
from these good things ....
(where as your True Inner nature is to be loving,peaceful, joyful
,
free and in bliss.)
So , if you are searching for that
feeling of Joy, Bounce, Freedom,
Romance, happiness and
carefree-ness and Bliss ..
you are only wanting to return
back to your true nature ...
your Original child , innocent
and joyful pure self ..
This
means you have to find
a way to get out of the clutches
of your EGO .
Meditation
is this way.
It
takes us into the realms
of calm and peace,
pure love and joy
into
that region of our Mind ,
where the ego is not allowed to
enter... and where only peace and bliss exist ..
a tremendous surge
of positive energies that will
revitalise our entire being
and body with
wonderful strength
All illness ,disease , disorders
and pain disappear here..
The Doctors
will be shocked ..
The Hospitals
and Drug stores will lose all your money
and business ..
We
become very very healthy here..
because , here we discover the nectar of Life .. and Love energy.
HOW
DOES THIS WORK ??
Your Ego gives you attachment
to things ... people .. events ..
because of which you remain anxious and in fear and insecure
about losing them or not getting them... you are always thinking
and struggling within your mind to see if it is happening properly
..
You are always preoccupied with your own self
and your desires and get upset at the slightest sign
of things slipping away or delaying ..
Every
minute you are trying to possess it , grab it , achieve it.
You feel defeated if you don't get it.
Don't you think
you are paying a very high price on yourself even
if you get it by forcing things to happen.
In
existence , whatever is meant for
you , and good for you and right for you ..
comes to you by itself ,
naturally , even without your
asking for it and expecting it .
As rewards from the Cosmos..
Rewards from Existence..
And only gifts received with such blessings and grace
of existence will make you
truly happy. Only such things will you be able to digest and enjoy
.
Then
even a slight effort in that direction gives amplified results ,
because it is already meant for you..
You and GOD are working in the same direction.
All circumstances and situations begin to develop
that lead you in the direction of what
is coming your way.
You get the right thoughts , you are nudged to get up and do -it .
People come your way , support you , be helpful , honest
Things
that you acquire by force and
wrong methods will put a heavy toll
on you , will load you with negative "karma" , negative
energy which
will hang around your spirit , for several years or
maybe even several lives
..
because in existence all accounts
are not settled immediately
and instantly. So you may seem to have won the ball game right now
but wait ... THE PRICE WILL
HAVE TO BE PAID WITH INTEREST
When
you recognise the silent and subtle , hidden TRUTH of the Cosmos,
that whatever you deserve or whatever the Cosmos wants o give you,
no force on earth can take it away from you.
Humans are only instruments , through whom GOD (DIVINE POWERS) work.
When you are not to receive something , Mr.X or Mr. Y
will cheat you, short change you .
When
you are to be given something from existence the same Mr. X or Mr.
Y come forward and give you your due.
That
is because God is working through them . He des not come personally
, but through entering into peoples minds and hearts , he reaches
out to you.
Here,
I wish to apologise for this long
explaination which might have tired
you but this foundation was necessary to help you develop a total
faith
and surrender and trust in the Cosmos powers.
The
reality is that everything is happening on its own
accord ...
Even when we came on earth ,
where we came on earth ( in which family ) , when we will leave earth
..
our own abilities , looks, personality,
intelligence, memory , grasp all these so many factors are a gift
of existence to us .
So
then what is our job ...??
What
are we supposed to do .. ??
Well,
we are supposed to do whatever we do with total love and devotion
and not bother about the fruits.
We should leave this aspect to the Divine Powers.
The supreme knows better than us what is good for us.
He has a Divine Plan for us.
Accept
our every situation with a heart full of gratitude and Love.
Live cheerfully , help and be kind to other living souls .
Care for others and have concern for their needs
as if they were your very own . This kind of selfless and caring nature
comes back to you as rewards in your own Life.
Remember,
if you help Life on earth ...
Life helps you.
This is the pure and simple law
of the Cosmos.
If
you are hurting another person,
you are actually hurting yourself.
If
you are healing aother person by your kindness and caring ..
you are actually
healing yourself.
Because the Magic is that
everything is One in the Unity of Existence.
You and I may seem different and seperate but this is only a "maya"
,
a dream state , an illusion of the "Brahma".
We are all seperated by form but in Cosmic energy terms
we are just One Flowing whole..
When
you understand this mystery
and beauty , you lose all your caring and worrying and wasting
your precious Human form rushing and running after things ,
imagining
that YOU can do it ...
the notion and illusion of the " I " which is really non
- existent.
We
are all Divine Forms in a Human Body playing
Life like a kaleidescope
to fulfill our "karmas" and bondages to the energies that
we have
created as a result of our good and bad deeds .
Until , we evolve to higher levels of selfless and pue Love and Forgiveness
,
Then you will be transported to higher realms and galaxies of existence
where again it is quite possible that you will get trapped for a million
years in
the indulgence of pleasures , another trap which you have to transcend
till you finally are liberated in the unexpressible radiance and merge
into bliss and eternity .
