How to practice Meditation

Rule 1
When you meditate , breathe
naturally , just as you always do.


It is a wrong concept that you have
to change your breathing. Because
when Meditation begins to happen ,
to you , your breathing gets automatically corrected by its own self. Your breathing is set by the thoughts and emotions that continuously go on in your  mind.

When this flow of thoughts reduce and slow down , when you get freed of all the grasping and anxiety about things, your breathing automatically becomes peaceful , slow and deep.
It is an indicator of your state of Mind and your spirituality.

And this is the correct pattern of breathing , slow and deep , for Divine Powers to arise within you , to get a long , healthy , wealthy , happy life...
your breathing should be deep ,
slow and peaceful. Most of us
have erratic breathing which is the cause of all our health problems.

Whenever you get angry or emotional
or filled with fear , have you observed
how your breathing becomes  fast and short. 

But never change breathing forcefully. Whether for chanting Mantras or doing Meditation , Let the change happen as a RESULT of your
MEDITATION and MANTRA chanting.

Occasionally , though you can take a long deep breath , when your ego mind takes you away with some thought and distracts you from Meditation. This long deep breath that you take will possibly bring you back to the job of trying to achieve a state of Meditation.

Your breathing  is a very very
powerful happening every minute and moment of your Life. In fact it is the source of your Life through which
Divine Powers keep entering your inside your body and keeping you and
your thoughts alive.

So .... for achieving Meditation,
you have to use your breath as a device , as a vehicle to bring your Mind into the state of meditation.

Not changing it but ...
simply by observing it ...
that means by placing your consciousness on it ... 
your attention on it.

Watching it and
getting so involved with it that you
become one with it.

Now , here I will introduce a very powerful visualisation technique
that  works great wonders .

You will  immeditately  succeed in
getting Meditation to happen .

This is how you have to understand,
visualise and think. This is how you have to feel .... that  

Each time you breathe out ,
you are letting go and releasing
all your graspings (cravings).

Graspings and cravings means
all your desires , anxieties, worries ,
insecurities , greed , wants , needs
that you keep thinking of unknowingly
all the time in your mind. So you let
go completely about such thinking
and thoughts and surrender yourself
totally to existence, let the Divine Powers handle it. STOP all this grasping. this craving. They are
keeping you unnecessarily
preoccupied and stealing away your
present moment.


Understand that Life is moment to moment and we must be in the present moment all the time to enjoy our being.

We are coming into being every
moment, but our rushing and running
of useless thoughts and graspings
keeps us in a state of un- awareness

and we miss living the present moment ...   each moment each time.

We only live in the past or the future
... both of which are non-existent.

The past is gone and over.

The future is yet to happen and we
still don't know what will happen in the next moment .. whether we will
cease to exist .. any moment anything
can happen. So live in the present
moment by Meditation. Be alert and
aware and in this way you will know ,
how a reaction arises in your mind, how YOUR OWN MIND WORKS,
how an emotion is arising inside you
and leads you to act wrongly, foolishly
damagingly.

Through Meditation, you will just watch the unfolding of events
as a witness and not get trapped in the mischevious ways of your Ego,
that  keeps you in its trap and in the clutches of greed, anger, lust, and attachment... the source of all our sufferings . The answer that Lord Buddha discovered for all human beings on Earth.

So this is how to do it

Imagine when you exhale you are removing all all the useless cravings , fears , guilt , thoughts and graspings  into the Cosmos .

Breathe in the Divine Powers from
the Cosmos , the great silence ,

Breathe in the cosmic vibration of
the divine energy sound OM . You are taking OM inside you all the time.

You are breathing in the ultimate positive energy of the Cosmos.

And you are breathing out all your
negativities, bad karmas, and all
negative energies that limit you and harm you. You are breathing out totally all your fears of various things and types.

This way you have removed all the nonsense conditionings of society,
and the outer world , the dust and
dirt that you had gathered in countless past lives. Now you are a free, innocent , fresh being and have the powerful support and blessings of Divine Powers always besides you , backing you every moment. And no body , no power on Earth can challenge  or harm you or your interest. 

Now you are ready to Live in Love freely , fearlessly and purely. You have lost the fear that prevented you from expressing yourself


Each time you breath
out and before you breathe in
again, you will find that there will be a
natural gap as the grasping
dissolves.

Rest in that gap ,
in that open space .  Go
on resting your mind in the gap
that has opened up.

Now give only 25 % of your attention to your breath ,  75 % of your attention should enjoy the relaxation in the gap .

The Powerful Zero state of nothing.
just being one with the Cosmos.
In the state of No-Mind.

Rather than 'watching' the breath ,
let yourself gradually identify with it
as if you were becoming it .

Slowly the breath , the breather and the breathing become one ,

Duality and seperation dissolve.
