Earth element comes out of the quality of food that we take in.

Water comes from our intake of it.

The Mind element is a very crucial element. Its state of vibration
and its positive or negative energy is what determines
the kind of person we come into being at that point of time.
Hence it is very crucial to be in a pure state of mind at every moment
as our inner being is creaing our outer being each moment

We have to take responsibility for our own creation ,
every cell that is being born in us every minute , its quality and
power to unfold new and future events in our outer world.

THAT IS WHY the outer is a mere reflection of the inner being.
You cannot really make any change in the outer body
or outer world circumstances
by any amount of rushing , running and activities.

You have to change the process of creation which is continuously
happening inside the inner being
because the outer manifests accordingly
with that quality that you have.

Thoughts become things.

Hence our Mind is a very powerful medium ,
vehicle to connect to Divine forces
and bring Divine Powers into our Being.
But for this we have to be constantly in the present ,
watchful and in awareness just as a witness -
observing our thoughts and Inner being.

If we just like to chase our lust , greed , hate , jealousy and run after sensual pleasures all the time, our Mind will become destructive, violent, aggressive and create a life full of suffering ,struggle, frustrations, anxieties , fears and tensions to give us a totally unsatisfactory Life.

When we are inspired by being in the company of good books , in the Company of Masters and Gurus and spend time with good people and good friends , this same mind becomes a beautiful flower full of fragrance that spreads across the world.

We all have an angel inside each of us which is trying to inspire us , guide us and
tell us something all the time. When we can become sensitive to hear its small nagging voice deep inside of us and gather this valuable knowledge of these powerful tools and techniques shown here.

You will all agree that there is a search inside all of us for that fulfillment and satisfaction and feeling of joy that we are trying to discover and experience within us.

Therefore we have to constantly discipline our Mind to do Meditation which is the only way to develop purity of Mind and increase our frequency of vibration

There is no scarcity , no lack , no shortage
of anything in Existence for anyone of us ...

There is only Abundance of everything

But we are conditioned to believe in shortages ,
lack and distrust and we struggle
and constantly feel fear and feel anxious
and insecure and try to grasp and
continuously crave for things , remaining in
doubt , fear

and in doing so , we lose the joyfulness of
just being -
in total surrender to existence ,
in total gratitude for everything it gives us ,

complete childlike faith in the wonderful , loving
mysteries of Divine Powers
that keeps everything in such beautiful harmony

everything happening all by itself through
natural laws of cause and effect
all by itself from within itself
and with such a beautiful

mysterious intelligence built into it
by the laws of Creation

It is only we
who accept a limited part of this Abundance
that is flowing into us from the Cosmos ...

  because of our blockages that exist and have developed around our consciousness
and around our spirit .

Our Mind is under the constant grip and influence
of our "karmic " forces

Thoughts , speech and deeds
  done by us in the past , and in past lives
have created these blockages within our
spiritual bodies which govern our physical
outer life ....

Our mind works like a filter - a sieve and
because of our faulty beliefs, attitudes,
conditioning and the blockages within our
channels , chakras and "naadis"

When we wrong someone , hurt someone
either by thoughts , words or deeds
we also create guilt , fear , anxiety ,
within us, inside us , in our subconscious mind.

This negative energy slowly starts eating into us
irrespective of the material gains that we
might have temporarily achieved and collected
in the outer world .

Due to the collection of such negative energies
created by our greed, hate and jealousy ..

which are the 3 emotions and the characteristics
of this realm of existence

in which we have been born
as human beings on this planet earth.

We have to make a very strong conscious
and deliberate effort to get ourselves
liberated and freed from this situation

otherwise we shall constantly
have miseries , problems and sufferings

So let us resolve very firmly
that this visit on Earth in Human form ,
we will use it well to get freed
from this greed, hate and jealousy realm ,
so that we can go to a higher realm of existence

We are unconsciously influenced by continuous cravings attachments , denial , resistance and aversions until we train our mind through awareness
and mindfulness to get freed from these
negative forces.

So we have to purify our Spirit by
disciplining our Mind .

by doing selfless deeds ,
by forgiving others including ourselves ,
by our compassion and wisdom ,
and above all by our mindfulness ,
and awareness of this ego trap ,
of craving , attachment and aversion
every moment
by the practice of Mantras and Meditations and
the white light healing methods daily ...

Our mind is basically undisciplined

and we have to make a huge conscious effort daily , repeat , daily with the help of spiritual energies
and blessings of higher beings in the Cosmos

We have to use Mantras , Meditations , Visualisations, white light ,
violet flame energy

Remember ...
We are an energy band vibrating at
a Frequency , set by our karmas - This is the keyword - the most important word

" Karma " - Our Deeds that we do
during our good times by
our body , mind and speech builds our Merits -

This is our true bank balance that comes to
our rescue in our bad period and during illness.

So please use kind words and do kind acts. Think and keep pure intent always within you ... The compassion which we live by is what really decides the quality of Life that we receive now ... - and in future . If you help Life on earth ... Life Helps you.: This is the So simple law of the Cosmos.

Ask yourself one question daily ....

Have you put a smile on
a poor childs face ,
on an old man or womans face ... ??

Have you blessed him from the
bottom of your heart
and wished him good luck ?

Have you wiped someones tears today ?

It does not cost a penny nor a dime.
Yet, this compassion and feelings generated
from your soul are as valuable
on Earth as parting with some money....

A loving tender touch on his shoulder or
holding his hand , will work wonders
for the unfortunate people around us.

Earning this wealth is more useful and
valuable than the green bills.

And it is their blessings , which when they
get released from their heart
when they receive your love ,

that keeps you safe and protected and happy .

Be greateful that you are not in such
a position in LIfe .

Feel their sufferings
as your own

as Jesus did for us all.

They are representatives of GOD.

Remember GOD lives in the poor
and the suffering beings.

This is his disguise and when
he comes to meet you through them he
gives you a chance to win his blessings.

Give your healing to them daily and don't let by any opportunity to build your earnings of such merits.

         You have the Divine Powers to keep on healing
         yoursef from ANY illness , ANY Killer Disease ,
        that the Earth knows of .. not only healing your
       own self but also healing other people ....
       provided you have been living in compassion and
       kind deeds in your life.
