My problem is that my mind never stays at one place.I try to chant mantra etc as
guided by your site but while doing this my mind is constantly moving somewhere
else having different thoughts which looses my interest to continue chanting.I know

Without the grace and blessings rom the Cosmos we cannot achieve liberation and enlightenment for which we are taking births on planet Earth. This Mantra is given by Lord Buddha 2,500 years ago and is one that will liberate you from all you karmic debts so that all the loading of negative energies around your soul and spirit can be cut through and positive Divine Energies enter your spirit The other Mantra is ver short simple but very very powerful Try all the three daily for 15 minutes each. This mantra is to be understood in its 3 main parts

Vajra Guru means the grace of Guru

Please try to do these mantras very very early in the morning preferably between 4 .00 am and 6 .00 am as this is called Brahma Murhat The most Divine time in the Cosmos

i came to your website by searching for a way to become more
physically attractive. (my husband does not find me physically
attractive, and apparently never has.) your page on
attractiveness reminded me of my former self, before i became a
suspicious, negative, depressed person. i recently made a vow
to myself to return to the naivete that people used to accuse me
of, which i used to take as a compliment. i succeeded for a
couple of days, but then i got sidetracked by suspicions that i
couldn't just LET GO (as you have so wisely suggested.) i have
just alienated my husband yet again with my suspicions.
i will try to follow the suggestions about how to let life be,
and to let the negative things go. it is very difficult after
my husband's affair, but i still have to live with myself and
with our babies, and with him. i have too many people to make
happy to dwell on negative things.
if i can learn to let go, maybe i can learn to sleep again. it
is 3 am, and i will have to get up in three, maybe four hours to
feed our baby. our toddler will probably wake me up a couple of
times between now and then (if i sleep, that is) so i should
really be taking advantage of my chance to sleep now. i haven't
slept much in the past three years, and i can tell you that a
lack of sleep can severely depress a person's joie de vivre.
please God, help me to let go of my negative feelings, and to do
what is right for my body, my babies, my husband. help me to
sleep and to let go of my suspicions. help me to have the will
and the energy to do the things that must be done to make our
lives good. help me to return to the naivete that allowed me to
trust everyone unconditionally, and to face any violations of
that trust if and when they occur, instead of living in a
constant state of negative preparedness. please help me to be
happy and confident again. please help me to love and trust
again.
